We are the locals with a difference

Welcome to Villa Neesham Grande! We're Sharmishtha and Amar, and we're thrilled to have you stay with us. Villa Neesham Grande stands for 'bliss'. We moved to Goa in 2019, longing for a peaceful escape from the city hustle. I, Sharmishtha, run Studio Sharmishtha, an online saree boutique on Instagram. Amar and I are also Reiki level 3 practitioners. When you walk through our doors, you're family. We've created a space filled with comfort and warmth, making your stay truly memorable.

Booking a luxury villa with us is easy! Simply visit our website, select your destination, dates, and preferred villa. Follow the booking prompts, and you’ll receive confirmation details via email once your reservation is complete.

Our luxury villa comes with a range of amenities, including swimming pool, fully-equipped kitchens, concierge services, and more. You can find specific details and a list of amenities for the villa on our property page.

  • Any cancellations/amendments are only entertained till 30 days prior to check-in. Any requests related to cancellations/amendments within the 30 day period before the check-in will be entertained on a case-to-case basis at the sole discretion of the management team.

  • Long weekend/Black-out dates & peak period (22nd Dec – 5th Jan) bookings are non-amendable & non-refundable.

  • Bookings made under any kind of promotions/discounts are also non-amendable & non-refundable.

  • We reserve the sole right to cancel/amend any bookings subject to guests breaking any house rules or engaging in conduct that is not in line with our terms & conditions.

5. Proper Swim Attire To Be Worn At All Times When Using The Pool (No T-Shirts, Shorts, Salwars, Sarees, Kurtas, Jewellery Diapers Etc.)
6. Swim Cap Mandatory For All
7. Food And Drinks Prohibited In The Pool Area.
8. Individuals With Skin Infections, Common Cold, Open Wounds, Bandages, Sore Eyes Etc Not Permitted In The Pool.
9. Please Cooperate With The Management And Members Of The Society At All Times With Pool Rules.
